Step into your Courage

Working with a coach requires enough courage to say “I want (something) to be different.”  The act of sharing that desire with someone else is a first step into courage.  Coaching is an invitation to step forward through fear into a different, created future.  Engaging with courage is the first way our world begins to shift.

Consider these questions about your relationship with courage:

    • How do you define courage?
    • When has courage been important?
    • What have you experienced that required courage?
